GULU - Gulu Hospital Medical Superintendent, Dr Tom Otim, has said (27 percent) 219 out of 814 children who tested for HIV were found positive. Otim was on Saturday speaking at a workshop organised by Health Alert Uganda in partnership with Save the Children Uganda in Gulu town.
