New HRA plans allow members to access care with no copay until they utilize all of the annual budget of up to $600 on individual plans. After the budget is used up the member has either a copay or pays the discounted member rate until the deductible is met.

Similar to other PPOs except that you enjoy a period of coverage with no out of pocket expenses. Usually visits to specialists like dermatology, allergy, or chiropractic are also covered out of the budget with no referral, and if you hardly ever visit a physician, the money rolls over to the next year.
PPO PLAN SELECTIONS
Many of the new Blue Cross PPO Plans all cover the same comprehensive package of health care services. The difference is in the deductibles, coinsurance amounts and annual out-of-pocket maximums. Blue Cross offers a variety of PPO Plans so that you can more precisely choose the best pricing options for you.
Plans offer in-hospital and surgical coverage with low affordable monthly premiums. These plans are designed to protect against great financial losses due to unexpected illness or injury. Both plans offer limited coverage for professional services; however, for a slightly higher premium, the PPO Saver Plan provides more covered professional services.
HMO Plans
Most all of the Blue Cross Individual HMO Plans provide extensive coverage with low out-of-pocket costs for covered health care services you received only form HMO Network doctors and hospitals.
