BCBS Foundation names new president (BizJournals)

Marsha Shotley’s career in health care is taking a new direction. She was recently named president of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation. Shotley has been with Blue Cross for 21 years. In the past year, she became vice president at the foundation, and now she’s the organization’s leader.
