BCBSRI paying state’s legal fees (WPRI 12)

Rhode Island’s former health insurer is being ordered to pay back nearly a third of a million dollars. A Superior Court judge ruled Blue Cross and Blue Shield must reimburse the state for $310,000 in legal fees.
