Blue Cross Blue Shield breaks ground on new facility (KVII 7)

The earth is moving over at the Point West Business Park, as Blue Cross Blue Shield breaks ground on a new call center Friday. The new facility, which is expected to be completed at the end of 2007, will be the seventh service center in the state.
