Moving up (Arizona Daily Star)

Stephen Colleran has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona as a major-account consultant in its local sales office. He will be responsible for business development in support of large group customers. Previously, Colleran was employed at Regence BlueShield of Idaho as vice president of sales.
