Riley to Lead New Government Programs Division for Blue Cross (PR Newswire via Yahoo! Finance)

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota announced today that it hired Patsy Riley, M.A., as senior vice president of government programs. Riley comes to Blue Cross after spending six years at president and chief executive officer at Stratis Health in Bloomington.
