BOSTON, Feb. 26 (UPI) — Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s ambitious plan to extend health insurance to all state residents appears to be dead. Instead, the Boston Globe reports, state Senate President Robert Travaglini plans to introduce a stripped down version of health-care reform.
